Occupational Therapist, Trauma Specialist, Reiki Practitioner

Samantha Pedersen ("Sam", "Miss Sam") is a trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming, developmental occupational therapist providing mobile occupational therapy services in the Greater Philadelphia area of Pennsylvania.

With clinical experience in a wide variety of high-demand settings such as the neuro-ICU, residential mental health, community-based trauma response programming, and birth-3 early intervention, Sam's therapeutic skillset is rooted in relational neuroscience, kinesiology, and lifespan development.

Sam is a reflective and spirited practitioner and seeks to embody and model regulation for both children and adult learners that she works with. She utilizes reiki to enhance the meditative, non-judgmental, love-filled nature of her practice.

Sam is proud to have been born to a Danish-immigrant father, a devoted Italian mother, and a large extended family full of many beloved characters, talents, and uniquities. Her respect for differences, authenticity, and personal narrative is primitive and lays the foundation for honoring your stories with great care and sincerity.
